There are many ways to be a part of the Special Reach family Adult volunteers can help with securing donations, sponsoring a child in part or whole for Special Reach events, assisting with set-up and/or tear-down for event, participating in fundraising events. Upon completion and review of the adult volunteer form and subsequent training, an adult may assist children during program hours. All adults will work under the supervision of trained, state certified professionals and ALL adults have to pass a background check.

Teen volunteers can help by assisting in set-up and/or tear-down for event, and participating in fundraising events. Upon completion and review of the teen volunteer form, and subsequent training a teen may assist children during program hours. Teen volunteers must be 15 years old or above. Teens that are younger than 15 years old must volunteer with a parent that has passed our background check. All teens will work under the supervision of trained, state certified professionals. Special Reach offers volunteer credit hours to teen volunteers.
